The chart above displays the climatology (climate normal) and anomaly SST data for the Northeast Shelf Large Marine Ecosystem and four sub-regions (Gulf of Maine, Georges Bank, Scotian Shelf, Mid-Atlantic Bight). For each sub-region, the climatology data was calculated for the 30 year period from 1981-2012. The grey shaded area represents the range of SST min and max for each year.
